The Core Comeback Program is a power tool resource for someone like me who has hectic work schedule, in need of further education and care about one’s pelvic floor health and for women who like me at 39 has never had any gym experience and do not know where to start. It enables me to participate at my own pace and schedule whilst being supportive and gentle enough for beginners. The Breathwork and Pelvic Floor Exercises are my favorites :-)

I have learned a lot from the Women’s Core Comeback. The little trick about picking up, holding then releasing a marble is practical and very helpful. Added to that, the pelvic floor-strengthening exercises are invaluable. I was recently at a function which was in the middle of a sensitive stage. Nature called and I needed a bathroom. I did NOT want to exit at that time, Instead, I used these pelvic strengthening exercises to maximum advantage, making it possible to stay seated for the full part of the formal proceedings, without discomfort or problems. What if I’ve never had children — is this program still for me?

Yes. While many women experience symptoms after birth, bladder leaks, urgency, pelvic pain, and core weakness can affect women regardless of whether they’ve had children. This program is for any woman who wants to rebuild her core, pelvic floor, and confidence — whether your symptoms began after birth, injury, exercise, or seemingly out of nowhere.

What if it’s been years since I noticed these symptoms — is it too late for this to work?

Not at all. This program is designed specifically for women who never received the right support — whether it’s been 6 months or 25+ years. Your body is capable of change at every stage of life. It’s never too late to start rebuilding with expert guidance.

Is this just for women who’ve had babies recently?

No — this program is for all women who feel like they never got the chance to properly rebuild their core, bladder, or pelvic floor. It’s equally relevant if your symptoms are from childbirth, hormonal changes, injury, or general life stress and strain.

I’m dealing with leaking, urgency, or pelvic heaviness — will this help?

Yes. You’ll be guided through tailored Bladder and Pelvic Floor Support Pathways based on your specific symptoms. Whether you need to strengthen, release tension, retrain your bladder, or reconnect with your core, there’s a clear plan for you.

What if I have a prolapse?

Women with Grade 1–2 prolapse will benefit from the core, pelvic floor, and bladder support built into the program.

If you have a Grade 3–4 prolapse, the program can still help build awareness and strength, but it may not fully resolve your symptoms.

If you're unsure of your prolapse grade, it's best to check in with your GP or a Women’s Health Physio before beginning.

What if I’m not sure how to do the exercises correctly?

You’ll be supported with:

1. A 1:1 physiotherapy session at the start of the program (Beta Round only)

2. Weekly live group coaching calls

3. A private community to ask questions and receive feedback

4. Clear video demonstrations and walkthroughs for each exercise

What if I’m not very tech-savvy?

You’ll receive a simple login to your online portal where everything is clearly laid out. If you can open email and click a link, you’ll be fine — and we’re always here to help with any tech hiccups.

What if I’m already doing Pilates or gym workouts?

That’s fantastic — but if you’re still experiencing leaks, heaviness, or pain, it may be because your foundation wasn’t fully rebuilt. This program focuses on reconnecting your deep core and pelvic floor, so your body can better handle exercise and daily life without symptoms returning.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes — you can pay in full ($840 AUD + GST) or in 2 installments of $420 AUD + GST x 2

How much time do I need each week?

Here’s the time breakdown:

Exercises: 15–30 minutes, 4–5 times per week

Mind-body practices: ~10 minutes daily

Education: 15–30 minutes weekly

It’s flexible and designed for busy women — because real recovery doesn’t require hours, just consistency.

What if I can’t make the live group coaching calls?

No problem — all live sessions are recorded and uploaded to your private member portal within 24 hours.

You can also pre-submit questions to be answered live, and watch the replay whenever it suits you.
